📋 STYLE ASSIGNMENT SYSTEM

DolinaSmrti uses TWO primary art styles with clear category assignments:


🎯 STYLE 32: CULT OF THE LAMB CUTE-DARK

Prompt Template:

Style 32: Cult of the Lamb cute-dark aesthetic. [DESCRIPTION]. 
Adorable with edge, pastel meets gothic, charming yet [mood], 
contradiction aesthetic. 2D game [type]. 
Solid chroma green background (#00FF00).

Assigned Categories:

CHARACTERS:

  • Main characters (Kai, Ana, Gronk, Grok, Susi)
  • NPCs (all town survivors, quest givers)
  • Friendly characters

ENEMIES:

  • Zombies (all variants)
  • Ghosts and spirits
  • Undead creatures
  • Bosses (all 20)
  • Hostile NPCs

CREATURES:

  • Farm animals (chickens, cows, pigs, horses)
  • Dinosaurs and prehistoric beasts
  • Mythical creatures (dragons, griffins, etc.)
  • All non-plant fauna

OBJECTS:

  • Tools (axes, pickaxes, shovels, hoes)

  • Decorative bushes
  • Ornamental trees

⚙️ PRODUCTION RULES

Style 32 (Cute-Dark):

Anything with a face (characters, animals, creatures)
Man-made objects (buildings, tools, weapons)
Horror/dark elements (zombies, ghosts, bosses)
Processed/crafted items

Style 30 (Garden Story Cozy):

Natural plants (fruits, vegetables, flowers)
Trees and vegetation
Raw harvested crops
Wholesome nature elements

Exceptions:

Grass/Ground - Uses separate terrain style (NOT Style 30)
Cooked food - Uses Style 32 (it's processed)
Mutant plants - Uses Style 32 (they're creatures)


🎨 VISUAL CONSISTENCY NOTES

Why Two Styles Work Together:

Style 32 (Cute-Dark):

  • Pastel + gothic = soft but edgy
  • Chunky proportions, big eyes
  • Contradiction aesthetic

Style 30 (Cozy):

  • Pastel + vibrant = soft but colorful
  • Rounded shapes, friendly
  • Wholesome aesthetic

Common Ground:

  • Both use pastel palettes
  • Both have soft rounded shapes
  • Both are stylized, not realistic
  • Both are vector-ready with clean outlines

The blend creates:

  • Characters feel "cute-dark" (compelling, edgy)
  • Nature feels "wholesome-cozy" (safe, nurturing)
  • Perfect for horror-farming hybrid genre!

Dual-style system RESOLVED the problem:

  • I don't want EVERYTHING cute-dark (too monotonous)
  • Nature needs to feel SAFE and WHOLESOME
  • Characters need to feel COMPELLING and EDGY
  • Style 30 gives the "farming" vibe
  • Style 32 gives the "horror" vibe
  • Together = perfect DolinaSmrti balance

This is the final production approach. No more style changes.
