Created comprehensive MISSING_FOR_DEMO.md document with:

TOTAL MISSING:
- 369 sprites (NPC animations, bugs, crops, VFX, UI)
- 12 code systems (repair UI, quest tracking, leveling, etc)

ORGANIZED BY PRIORITY:

PHASE 1 - DEMO UNBLOCK (CRITICAL):
- 24 bug sprites 
- 8 Kai animations 
- 8 Ana animations 
- 8 Zombi Skavt animations
