🎯 BOTTLENECK ANALYSIS:

Why demo isn't playable yet:

  1. No UI - Can't show health, inventory, dialogue
  2. No building progression - Can't upgrade tent
  3. No item icons - Can't display resources

These 3 blockers prevent demo from working, even though we have 1,160 assets!


SOLUTION:

Focus next 2 hours on:

  1. UI generation (25 assets)
  2. Building generation (10 assets)
  3. Integration

Skip for now:

  • More characters (have 351!)
  • More enemies (have 265!)
  • More crops (have 144!)
