REQUIREMENTS:
- Cleared farmland (24×24 min!)
- 10,000 gold starting budget
- Materials (wood, stone, etc.)
- NPC invitation quests
RESULT: NPCs move in, create village! ✅

- Capacity: 2-3 NPCs (family!)

LARGE HOUSE:
