🎨 NPC REFERENCE GENERATION PLAN

Purpose: Generate master reference images for all 354 new NPCs

Image Format:

  • Style: "Dark-Chibi Noir" (Style 32)
  • Size: 512×512px (master reference)
  • Format: PNG with transparency
  • View: Front-facing, full body
  • Background: Transparent
  • Purpose: Master reference for later sprite generation

Prompt Template:

📝 GENERATION WORKFLOW

For Each NPC:

  1. Create folder structure (if not exists)
  2. Generate master reference image (512×512px)
  3. Save with descriptive filename
  4. Add to reference database
  5. Create README.md in each biome folder with NPC descriptions

Daily Production Target:

  • Day 1-3: Phase 1 Core Biomes (57 NPCs) - ~20 NPCs/day
  • Day 4-7: Phase 2 Magical Biomes (67 NPCs) - ~17 NPCs/day
  • Day 8-10: Phase 3 Endgame (25 NPCs) - ~9 NPCs/day
  • Day 11-20: Phase 4 Town NPCs (190 NPCs) - ~19 NPCs/day

Total Time: ~20 days for all 354 NPC master references
