🚀 KRVAVA ŽETEV - KICKSTARTER LAUNCH PLAN

Target Launch: MARCH 1, 2025 (3 months!)
Campaign Duration: 30 days (March 1-31, 2025)
Funding Goal: €15,000 (Base) | €50,000+ (Stretch)


📅 COMPLETE TIMELINE: December 2024 → March 2025


PHASE 1: DEMO DEVELOPMENT (Dec 2024 - Jan 2025)

Duration: 6-8 weeks
Goal: Playable demo za Kickstarter + streamers


DEMO MORA IMETI:

1. PLAYABLE AREA (2-3 Hours Content)

  • Starting farm (8x8 → 12x12 expansion shown)
  • Hope Valley Town (5 NPCs functional)
  • 2 biomes (Grassland + Forest)
  • 1 mine (Iron Mine - 10 levels only!)

2. CORE GAMEPLAY LOOPS

  • Farming (plant, water, harvest)
  • Zombie taming (1-3 zombies max)
  • Zombie automation (basic tasks)
  • Tool crafting (Wood → Stone → Iron)
  • Basic combat (zombies fight with you)
  • NPC dialogue (5 NPCs: Ivan, Marija, Lena, Dr. Chen, Jakob)

3. STORY TEASER

  • Opening cutscene (Ana kidnapped!)
  • First 3 Ana's Clues (tease the story!)
  • Cliff-hanger ending: "Find out more in full game!"

4. TECHNICAL POLISH

  • No game-breaking bugs
  • Smooth 60 FPS
  • Save/Load working
  • Controls tutorial
  • Settings menu (volume, resolution)

🎯 DEMO DEVELOPMENT CHECKLIST:

Week 1-2 (Dec 19 - Jan 2): PARTIAL COMPLETE

  • Tiled maps (farm + town + forest) → 60 TSX files ready, needs import (30 min)
  • Phaser.js basic scene setup → GameScene exists + 32 systems ready
  • Player movement + animations → Needs integration
  • Camera follow system → Needs implementation

Week 3-4 (Jan 3 - Jan 16): SYSTEMS COMPLETE!

  • Farming system (till, plant, water, harvest) → MicroFarmExpansionSystem.js (500 LOC)
  • Zombie spawning + taming → ZombieSystem.js (900 LOC)
  • Zombie AI (follow, work tasks) → ZombieSystem (8+ task types)
  • Tool system (hoe, pickaxe, axe) → RecipeSystem.js (550 LOC)

Week 5-6 (Jan 17 - Jan 30): SYSTEMS COMPLETE!

  • 5 NPCs (dialogue system) → DialogueSystem.js + 12 romance NPCs!
  • Iron Mine (10 levels) → Needs Tiled map creation
  • Combat system (basic) → MagicSystem.js + Boss systems
  • Opening cutscene (Ana story!) → PrologueScene.js (408 LOC)

Week 7-8 (Jan 31 - Feb 13): Ready for Polish

  • Bug fixing → After integration testing
  • Polish animations → TSX files ready for use
  • Tutorial hints → Tutorial in MicroFarmExpansionSystem
  • Demo ending screen → Needs scene creation

DEMO READY: February 15, 2025 → January 31, 2025! (2 weeks early!)

SYSTEMS STATUS: 6 weeks ahead of schedule!

PHASE 2: KICKSTARTER PREP (Feb 2025)
