FIX: WaterRipplesSystem import + grass_placeholder

- ADDED: WaterRipplesSystem.js and WaterPhysicsSystem.js to index.html
- FIXED: grass_placeholder.png (was 0 bytes, now 685K)
- FIXED: Transparency wipe on DEMO/Faza1/Faza2 assets
- STATUS: Clean console ready
