📸 FILES PER NPC:
- master_reference.png (portrait)

📂 LOCATION:
Now in both:
- assets/references/faza2_npcs/ (Faza 2 working)
- assets/references/npcs/ (Main reference library)

🎯 TOTAL REFERENCE NPCs: 8
Ready for sprite generation!
